Frequently Asked Questions
How does the flower preservation process work?Once your order is placed, you'll receive detailed shipping or drop-off instructions. After your flowers arrive, they are carefully dried, pressed, and thoughtfully arranged into your selected design. Every piece is handcrafted to preserve the beauty and memories of your bouquet.
What types of flowers can you preserve? Most fresh flowers can be preserved, including roses, peonies, ranunculus, tulips, hydrangeas, daisies, lilies, eucalyptus, and many more. If you're unsure about your bouquet, feel free to contact us before placing an order.
When should I send my flowers? For the best results, flowers should be shipped or dropped off within 1–3 days after your event. The fresher your flowers are, the better they will preserve.
Can you preserve flowers that are already dried? In most cases, no. We recommend sending fresh flowers as soon as possible after your event. If you have already dried flowers, contact us before ordering to discuss whether they are suitable for preservation.
How much of my bouquet is used?Whenever possible, we use the best blooms from your bouquet to create your chosen design. Any remaining flowers are not returned unless requested before the preservation process begins.
Do you ship nationwide?Yes! We proudly accept flower preservation orders from customers throughout the United States. Shipping instructions are provided after your order is placed.
Do you accept returns?Because every custom preservation piece is made using your personal flowers, all custom orders are final sale. Premade preservation designs may be returned according to our Return Policy.
Will my flowers look exactly the same?Flowers naturally change throughout the preservation process. Some blooms may soften in color, while others become slightly darker or lighter. These natural changes are part of preserving real flowers and make every piece beautifully unique.
Do you offer local drop-off?If you are local, drop-off may be available by appointment. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange a time.
What happens if my flowers are damaged during shipping? While we cannot control the shipping process, we will always use the healthiest blooms available from your bouquet. Following our shipping instructions helps ensure your flowers arrive in the best possible condition.
What if I don't know which frame size to choose? No problem! If you're unsure which size would best showcase your bouquet, we're happy to help. Simply reach out before placing your order, and we'll recommend the best frame size based on your bouquet's size, flower variety, and the overall look you'd like to achieve.
How long does the process take?Flower preservation is a slow, handcrafted process. Most custom orders are completed within 8–16 weeks, depending on the season and current order volume.
Do you accept memorial or funeral flowers?Absolutely. We are honored to preserve flowers from weddings, memorials, anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, and other meaningful occasions.
Can I cancel my order?Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, as long as the preservation process has not begun. Once work has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Still have questions? We're happy to help! If you don't see your question here, please reach out through our Contact page or email us, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
