US domestic shipping
We proudly ship throughout the United States. Once your preservation piece is complete, it will be carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Please note that flower preservation is a handmade process, and production times vary depending on the preservation method. Current turnaround times can be found on our website or order confirmation.
International shipping
At this time, we only accept flower preservation orders within the United States. Select premade preservation pieces may be available for international shipping in the future. If you have questions about international orders, please contact us before purchasing.
Returns
Custom Arrangement Return Policy
Because every preservation piece is custom-made using your personal flowers, all custom preservation orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can assist you in filing a shipping claim and finding a resolution.
Pre-Made Arrangement Return Policy
Because our premade preservation designs are ready-made items and do not contain your personal flowers, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
